Rochelle is a registered dietitian and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a bachelors degree in nutritional science and completed her dietetics internship from Fresno State.
She moved back to her hometown, Bakersfield, to begin her career as clinical dietitian at Dignity Health Bakersfield Memorial hospital. During this time, she worked in various areas
of the hospital from neonatal intensive care unit to skilled nursing. She also provided nutrition education class for Diabetes and Heart Healthy lifestyles.
This fueled her passion for education, and she moved on to become a diabetes educator for the San Dimas Medical Group, where she provided nutritional counseling
to type II diabetic pregnant and gestational diabetic women.
Her focus has been helping individuals feel their best by optimizing their blood sugars through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She meets her patients where they are at in
their health journey and helps them create a plan to meet their needs and pace. During this year, she obtained her certified diabetes care and education specialist credentials.
She is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) and is involved in the Kern County Networking group of AADE.
Rochelle is a wife of 21 years to Andy Anzaldo and they have two beautiful teenage children that bring them much love and excitement. Rochelle loves running, yoga,
